SHARAY Viral RNA & DNA Extraction Kit designed for the rapid and efficient purification of high-quality viral nucleic acids from a variety of human liquid samples, and are compatible with common sample preservatives (such as EDTA, citrate, and heparin).

Detection Principle:
Samples are mixed with virus lysis buffer to release nucleic acids. Nano-magnetic beads with surface-modified functional groups specifically bind free DNA/RNA. Under an external magnetic field, the bead-nucleic acid complexes are transferred to wash buffers to remove impurities, followed by elution for nucleic acid recovery.
